Talking To Myself

Something I've been trying to do more of this past year is act upon things I know I should do, but which in some cases I'm able to justify away in the moment.

I know, for instance, that it's okay and good and healthy to step away from work, periodically, even if I enjoy said work and think it's important and valuable (to me and to those on the receiving end of my efforts).
